Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and the return shipping label is affixed to the package.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The Product is exchangeable only in case, if you have received damaged product or wrong product against a proper video on un-boxing of your order as a proof in case of receipt of receipt of wrong or damaged product. We can exchange your order within 15 days of the purchase. We will NOT be able to return your order post 15 days of the purchase.

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or mistake on our part.

Final sale items, such as clearance or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
